Weekly Rates (2008)

On application

General: Prices, terms and conditions are subject to review and bookings
will be confirmed at the prices and conditions ruling at the time of
confirmation.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price is due at
the time of the booking. The balance of the price (75%) is due 6 weeks prior
to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full
amount will be due at the time of booking. We also take a damage deposit of
350 GBP, which will be returned at the end of the rental period, subject to
inspection of the villa. It may be possible to rent the villa for less than 7 days,
although this is less likely during the high season - please ask about this if
there is availability.

Cancellations: Must be made in writing or email, and will be acknowledged
via email by the owners. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made as
follows: 4 to 6 wks prior to arrival - 50% of balance payment. Less than 4
wks to arrival - no refund.
